岗位职责Accountabilities • Lead the CN Hub Operations Centers to ensure efficient and responsive operations whilst leveraging the full benefit of hubbing. 领导CN Hub运营中心，充分利用枢纽优势，确保高效和快速的运营。 • Identify and prioritize process harmonization and automation opportunities in Intercompany transactions working closely with the cross-functional teams. 与跨职能团队密切合作，识别并优先考虑公司内部交易的流程协调和自动化机会。 • Ensure aligned, compliant, and service driven hub order management process execution across the CN Hub Operations Centers, both inhouse and 3rd Party operated. 确保订单管理中心以协调、合规，服务为先的方式执行，支持到自有产品和第三方供应的有效运作。 • Drive the development, implementation and improvement of Intercompany rules/policies whilst ensuring alignment of these principles cross-functionally. 推动公司内部规章制度的发展、实施和完善，同时确保这些原则在跨职能上的一致性。 • Develop people capability and organizational requirements to meet current and future anticipated business needs. 培养员工能力，开发组织需求，以期达到现在及未来的业务发展需求。 • Maintain a cross-regional and cross-functional network with stakeholders across Supply, Finance, Legal & Tax. 维护与供应商、财务、法律和税务部门的利益相关者，跨区域、跨职能的网络链接。 • Ensure that all imports and exports are in full compliance with CN Hub concept. 确保所有的进口和出口完全符合CN Hub原则。 任职要求Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities关键技能、资质和个人能力 • Bachelor degree or above, majored in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field 本科及以上学历，供应链、商业、物流等相关专业 • Languages: English mandatory, additional languages are an plus like Russian 英语必须熟练掌握，拥有俄语等其它第二语言更佳 • Good command of MS office, SAP and reporting tools. 熟练使用办公软件， SAP和报表工具 • Min 5 years of experience in Logistics & Order Management and broader Supply Chain roles 至少5年以上物流、订单管理及供应链相关工作经验 • Sound understanding of SAP order flows, intercompany processes and Hubbing concept 熟悉SAP订单流程，公司内部流程和hub概念 • Experience in managing complex cross-regional and cross-functional relationships and projects, good change management skills 有管理复杂的跨区域和跨职能关系和项目的经验，良好的变更管理技能 • Experience in foregin trade and compliance 具有外贸和合规方面的丰富经验 • Serious working attitude, responsible and with teamwork spirit 工作认真，责任心强，具有团队合作精神 • Fast learning & quick action to handle ad-hoc cases 快速学习和快速行动，处理特殊情况能力
