Job Summary:

This job is to ensure smooth plant operation and achieve operation KPIs.  This position is responsible for the department safety, quality and operation KPIs such as AU, Loss, Inventory, Case fill…etc.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Support and conduct plant FP&R, EHS and Quality related requirements；

2. Overall factory operation and KPIs;

3. Factory safety and EOHS initiatives;

4. Factory GMP and quality;

5. Support new products launching and packing materials changes. (Driving growth);

6. People development (making the company the best place to work);

7. Conduct appraisals to direct reports and Team leaders;

8. Cross category support.

Required qualifications

Education/ Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in injection molding related manufacturing management;

2. University Graduate. B.S. in Automation, Mechanical, Mechanical Electricity or Engineering.

Key competencies:

1.Fluent English for both oral and written；

2.Proficient in computer；

3.Basic knowledge of program language and network;

4.Good project management and communication skill, team work;

5.Basic people management skill;
