Role & Responsibilities
-Identify & explore business opportunities through consumer, market and competitor trends understanding. And translate that into innovation strategy and define opportunity spaces.
-Create and lead innovation projects applying local insights, creating holistic brand experience including proposition, product, packaging. ----Lead development of master communication assets including KV, MOA video etc.
-End-to-end product management for every new product development project and coordinate with internal departments including R&D, quality control, procurement, logistics, legal, etc., and external parties to ensure timely completion of every NPD project.
-Work closely with the R&D team to understand technology pipeline and progress. Explore commercialization opportunities via innovations. Work closely with line manager and local commercial teams to create a sufficient and competitive 3-5 year innovation pipeline to drive business growth.
Qualification & Experience
- 5+ years innovation experience in FMCG or consumer electronics industry
- Brand marketing experience is preferred
- Management trainee in MNC is plus
- Passionate for innovation & creation, strong curiosity and creative thinking
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to ensure excellent cross-functional coordination and communication
